Lovers from across the world, flock to see this architectural marvel and admire its radiant beauty. The white marble surface of the Taj Mahal changes its appearance with the passing of the seasons. It glows brightly in the sunlight in summer and reflects the grey-clouded sky during the monsoon. Under the light of the full moon however, the Taj Mahal is said to appear at its best - shimmering like a fairytale castle built for a legendary princess. Tourists are now permitted to view the Taj Mahal by moonlight.

Moonlit tours of the Taj Mahal have recently been allowed by the local authorities. Many tourists have already availed of the chance to see this ethereally beautiful sight. You too can see the Taj Mahal by moonlight and admire its marble perfection under the mellow radiance of the full moon.
