Detailed Itinerary : So all prepared for an exciting holiday? On the first day of this trip you will be transferred to the airport of your home city, all geared up to catch the flight to Goa.

Now, what importance does Goa has, what is the history of this place, why do tourists keep flocking this place? You will know it all here. Goa was initially ruled by a Muslim ruler Adil Shah. Then after his death a Portuguese invader Alfonso invaded the seaside place and conquered it. This marked the start of a Portuguese era in Goa and this era continued for about 450 years. It was during this era when Christianity spread enormously here. As a result, a number of buildings, churches and cathedrals were built. New markets sprang up and trade boomed for a while too. The Portuguese ended soon after the Indian independence and in 1987, it was declared a state. Post independence, one of the most popular cultural and tourist attractions of India. Goa now represents itself as a unique blend of the native and the foreign culture. Western tourists in large numbers frequent this marvellous place each year. In simple words, Goa is a synchronized blend of the East and the West, confined within the Indian boundaries.

Okay, now once you land in Goa, it will be an honour for us to welcome you and then drive you to the hotel already booked for your stay for your trip. All the guests will be given a VIP treatment at the hotel and will be provided with every basic requirement. Dinner will be provided and you will stay in the hotel itself at night. So in this way, we come to the end of the first day.

Day 02: Goa
Detailed Itinerary : The full second day is marked by a complete sightseeing in Goa. All the guests will be taken to the Old Goa, the home to some excellent Portuguese work. A world heritage site, Old Goa boasts of its magnificent churches and cathedrals. The place was the capital during the Portuguese rule and a dilapidated old village now. But it is definitely a must visit place. The town is like an old archaeological museum with spectacular cathedrals and various other monuments. Some buildings are left to themselves and some are taken care by the ASI, the Archaeological Survey of India. Some of the most popular cathedrals and churches are: -

Sé Cathedral, Sé Cathedral or St Catherine’s Cathedral is said to be the largest in Asia. With 80m long isle and four chapels on both sides of the church, it has definitely got some volume. Two towers crowned the cathedral once, one of which collapsed long before in 1776.

The Church and Convent of St Francis of Assisi, within the premises of St Catherine’s Cathedral, had been built in the Portuguese style of structure and is a beautiful tower marked by two octagonal towers.

The Basilica of Bom Jesus where the body of St Francis Xavier lies. He was the founder of the great Jesuits’ Order. Built in 1605, the magnificent church is simple and stark in beauty.

Next, we head towards the Miramar Beach. It is the only beach which is in close proximity to any city and provides an excellent view of the merger of the river Mandovi and the Arabian Sea. The white water of the river flows into the blue waters of the sea and gets lost in the long lost horizon. Our next destination in Goa is the Dona Paula fishing village. Situated at the tip of Panaji, the village has an excellent viewpoint along with a historical monument. After exploring the place, we will head back to the hotel.

Day 03: Goa
Detailed Itinerary : On the third day of the holiday you will be left to yourself with your loved ones to enjoy the place according to your own wish. You can enjoy the facilities of the resort, enjoy the exotic cuisines and drinks or lie on the white sandy beaches. The seaside is a very popular leisure spot among the tourists visiting Goa. There are special bars on the beaches and so you can have really a nice time with your partner chatting with her/him over a drink and enjoy the cool breeze coming from the sea. Adventure sports, boat ride or swimming is enjoyed by all of them. You can also explore the markets of Goa where you will find shops selling some unique items. An overnight stay in the hotel will mark the end of the third day in Goa or we can say it will be the end of our holiday in Goa.

Day 04: Agra
Detailed Itinerary : On the fourth day, you will be driven back to the airport and we will take off for New Delhi. After reaching the Indian capital, lunch will be provided to all guests and in the evening we will drive to Agra, the place where the monument of love, the Taj Mahal stands.
