Kerala is appropriately identified as God’s Own Country having the unmatched composed environment and climate, the natural riches of uncountable woods and forests, and consequently the widest range of ecological units, i.e. flora and fauna. Innumerable rare species of birds, animals, and plantations are found here, which makes the Wildlife of Kerala as extraordinarily appealing as it is.However, most of the Kerala wildlife is restrained to sanctuaries and parks in various parts of the state.
