Day 1

Location : Arrive Delhi
Detail Itinerary : Our company representatives will meet you at the Delhi international airport. They will help you in clearing the formalities at the airport and then transfer you safely to the city hotel, together with your luggage.

As soon as you reach the hotel, you will be greeted in the ultimate Indian style. Check in your room and relax. Overnight will be at the hotel.

Day 2

Location : Delhi - Lucknow - Balrampur
Detail Itinerary : Get up in the morning and have your breakfast. Soon after your breakfast, we will leave for the airport, where you will catch the flight to Lucknow, the city of Nawabs. Lucknow is the capital city of Uttar Pradesh and is one of the oldest cities of India. Spend some time in sightseeing the historical monuments of this Mughal influenced city.

Soon, we will be leaving for Balrampur, which would be a 150 Kms long journey by road. However, in route visit the religious city of Sravasti, which is said to be influenced by Mahavira Jain, the founder of the Jain religion. Also visit the nearby sacred tree of Peepal.
Overnight stay.

Day 3

Location : Balrampur - Lumbini - Gorakhpur
Detail Itinerary : Wake up early in the morning and have your breakfast. Today, we are going to precede our tour to Lumbini. The religious sites in and around the city of Lumbini are the major tourist attractions. While exploring the beauty of this city, you will come across the Ashoka stupas, birth place of Lord Buddha and the ruins of Lumbini.

After spending some time at Lumbini, you will be taken to the city of Gorakhpur. Refresh yourself and again set yourself ready for sightseeing in Gorakhpur. Among so many places that we are going to visit in this city, we will start with the lovely Gorakhnath Temple. Also visit the Ramgarh Tal, Whee Park and other tourist spots of the city.   

Day 4

Location : Gorakhpur - Varanasi
Detail Itinerary : In the morning after breakfast, we would drive to the city of Varanasi. In route, we are going to stop at Sarnath, the holy place, where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon to his first pupils. Take some memorable photographs of this sacred place, which you would take back home. After spending some time here, we will continue our journey to Varanasi.

On reaching Varanasi, check in your hotel room and relax.

Day 5

Location : Varanasi - Bodhgaya Early
Detail Itinerary : Get up in the morning and refresh yourself in the most sacred city of Hindu religion. Have your breakfast and be ready for sightseeing in Varanasi. We will start with the holy ghats and rivers of the city. There are numerous ghats in Varanasi and all of them, have their own religious importance. Get a chance to experience a lovely boat ride in the holy Ganges.

After taking some sweet photographs at the ghats, we would leave for exploring the other corners of the city. In the afternoon, after having your lunch, you will be taken to Bodhgaya. On reaching Bodhgaya, check in your hotel and have rest.

Day 6

Location : Bodhgaya - -Nalanda - Rajgir
Detail Itinerary : Have your breakfast in the city hotel and prepare yourself for visiting the sacred places of Bodhgaya. First of all, we would drive towards the Mahabodi Temple, which is said to be the place, where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment.  We would also visit the Mahabodi tree and then move towards visiting the monasteries and temples, which are built by people from Tibet, China, Bhutan, etc.

Next, we will continue our tour by visiting the city of Rajgir. In route, we would stop at Nalanda. Visit the Nalanda University, which was among one of the most popular universities of its time. Also visit the Great stupa and archaeological museum in Nalanda. In the evening, we would reach Rajgir. Overnight will be at Rajgir.

Day 7

Location : Rajgir - Patna
Detail Itinerary : This day has been fixed for sightseeing in Rajgir. Have your breakfast and then visit the Ajatsatru’s Fort in the city. Also visit the Japanese monasteries on the Shanti Stupa uphill and the place on the Gridhkuta Parvat, where Buddha taught his best preaching.

Reach Patna in the evening and check in your room. Overnight will be at Patna

Day 8

Location : Patna - Calcutta
Detail Itinerary : Have your breakfast in the city hotel. Today, we are going to visit the popular places in the city of Patna. We would start by visiting the massive Hanuman Temple in the city. Next we would heed towards the Patna Museum, and then spend some time in the botanical and zoological garden of Patna. We would also visit the Goal Ghar and the famous Stupa of Buddha in the city.

In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the Patna airport, where you will board your flight to Calcutta. On reaching Calcutta, relax in your hotel.

Day 9

Location : Calcutta
Detail Itinerary : Your last day of the tour has been fixed for exploring the lovely city of Calcutta. Among so many major tourist spot in the city, we would visit the Kali Mandir, Calcutta Museum, Victoria Memorial and many more. Also spend some time visiting the holy Ganges and some lovely spots of the old city.

In the evening, you will be transferred to the airport, where you can catch your flight back home.
